Anael holds a B and C-10 license operating in Long Beach and Los Angeles, license 639736. He is the building partner for Black Canvas and was awarded top Long Beach contractor in 2022. Diplomatic, honest, and hands on all projects from logistics all the way to Permit of Occupancy.

Miranda holds a BA in Fashion Design from CSULB and AA in Building Codes Technology from CCC. Inspired by Balinese villas and luxury hotels, she blends the concepts of open spaces, communal living, and privacy into a perfectly tailored habitation. She holds strong relationships with vendors to provide each build with all the necessary components from rough to finish. Her style falls in line with modernism with homage to Wabi-Sabi, brutalism, and MCM.
